My client’s dream is to create a modern coastal space with minimal disruption and a limited budget. We’ll start by lowering the kitchen island, painting the cabinets, and updating hardware. The home will be painted, upgraded lighting, and a fireplace makeover. New furniture and décor will complete the look.
